I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Public and Urban Policy at The New School for Social Research and a teaching fellow in Transdisciplinary Design at Parsons School of Design. 

My research looks at how experts and technical systems consolidate their power over city governance, and what that means for democratic participation and political life. I'm particularly interested in the relationship between feminism and technocracy in Latin American cities, the politics of care infrastructure—from daycares to community centers—in immigrant communities in New York City, and waste management and environmental justice in city-regions.

I have been a doctoral fellow at the Graduate Institute for Design, Ethnography, and Social Thought (GIDEST), the Heilbroner Center for Capitalism Studies, and the Zolberg Institute on Migration and Mobility at The New School.
